Cute pic.
I love when they stick their heads out the window. Ours are still unsure about the car so won't do it. I had visions of driving along with my dogs hanging out the window and I got two dogs with delicate stomachs!!
@secret mom: thanks :-)
@Helen: when we first adopted our dog and brought her along on long trips, she always get sick. So we decided to bring her in small trips to get her accustom to the ride, and it seems to help because she can be in long trips nowadays and not get sick anymore. We also make sure that we feed our dogs early before a long trip around 2-3hours in advance so that it will settle in their system, or sometimes we feed them when we reach the destination...
Great picture! I love to see their ears flapping in the wind too. He/she looks like a dog with a destination in mind. : )
@Topiary Lady: hi! she does look so focused on the road, didnt even notice the camera :-) (are we there yet?)
Great pikhs here AND on the other site as well!

Do you use a dog car seat? They can help to reduce nausea in dogs simply by keeping them oriented in a frontward-facing position, so it saves you some mess even while keeping the dog safe. I've got an article up about the topic -- feel free to reprint or quote if you find it useful.
"DogsCircle.com" has been included in this weeks Sites To See. I hope you like the image I featured, and I hope this helps to attract many new visitors here.

Thanks for the info. My dogs are still young but I know it's something I will have to be thinking about in the near future. How does your dog take to the chlorine in your pool I have always wondered if it was harmful for them. Just curious. I don't have a pool, but would like to get one someday. Thanks.
